Spare Part Inventory

Madhus has invested over Rs 6.00 crores in spare parts, maintaining an inventory of over 70,000 parts. This ensures that we are always prepared to meet the needs of our customers without delay. we understand that the efficiency and reliability of garage operations depend heavily on the availability of high-quality spare parts. Our spare part inventory system is meticulously managed to ensure that our clients receive the best support, whether for routine maintenance, repairs, or unexpected equipment failures.

Madhus Service CRM

Our Custom-Built CRM Software is a bespoke CRM designed specifically for our operational workflow. It is a cloud-based solution used by every engineer to update their work and upload service reports. All service and spare part requests are managed through this system, providing a streamlined process that enhances efficiency.

With a Centralized Service Management, the intuitive dashboard of our CRM software gives management a comprehensive overview of the entire service department. Different complaint types are categorized for easy decision-making, ensuring that we address issues promptly and effectively. This CRM system allows us to efficiently track, assign, and resolve customer complaints. Each service request is meticulously managed to ensure timely and effective resolution.

Customer Support Cell

We operate three Customer Service Cells (CSCs) located in Bangalore, Delhi NCR, and Pune. These CSCs serve as the crucial link between our customers, engineers, and CRM software. Our CSC executives communicate with customers to understand their issues, register complaints, and assign them to engineers based on location and availability.
